当教室の渡邉慎助教らによる「ECPR後の体温管理療法における目標体温と神経学的転帰との関係性を解明」に関する論文「The impact of different targeted temperatures on out-of-hospital cardiac arrest outcomes in patients receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation: a nationwide cohort study」が、Critical Careに掲載されました。
本研究成果は近年注目されているECMOを用いた体外式心肺蘇生における集中治療管理の一つのエビデンスとして、今後さらなる神経集中治療の発展の礎となることが期待されます。
